i miss my brown babies...

meet sophie, she's almost two and sooo blonde. have i tried to speak to her in spanish all day? why yes, yes i have. too bad she doesn't understand what i'm saying like my ecuador babies do.

and this is walker... i got to play with him earlier this week. he's 4 (and a half). he told me he didn't like my hair that day, because it was kind of "wacky." but i still really like him anyways. and he said it'd be fine if i came back to play.

all i really do lately is babysit. but i don't even mind it one bit. right now the kids are in bed and i'm watching say yes to the dress while i work on my talk tomorrow for church. i loooove speaking in church. sorry if that makes me weird. also my friends kat and skyler got married today! so hoooooray for that.

so much for swimming

today was our fieldtrip day

we were supposed to go swimming

but the weather didn't look promising

so we went paddle boating instead

and it was the happiest time

we were each assigned to a kid

and i got princess emily

she's beautiful

and we had a great time

say hello to captain emily

this had potential, love my angela

it was an excellent day

i love all my babies

they're perfect

shifty shifty

shifts have begun to go by faster and faster

i'm loving them

i'm loving the workers

i'm loving the kids

i'm loving the girls i work with

today when i walked in to wake the kids up from nap,

emily looked at me through the bars of her cuna

and said, "hola peee!"

with the biggest grin on her face

it made my day

later on she was trying to get my attention

(and sometimes i forget to her i'm "pee" and not paige)

but when i finally noticed i turned around

and caught her blowing kisses at me

cute right?

i can't wait till i can show you pictures of her

she's the prettiest 2 yearold on the planet

and she makes me excited to go to shift

along with the other fifteen 1-2 yearolds

tonight for dinner is chicken alfredo,

garlic bread,

and peach cobbler

yum?
